
Dolmabahce Sarayi
Dolmabahce Palace Dolmabahce district in the mid-19th Century built and served as the sultan's residence. The palace extends over a length of 600 meters along the shore. 250 rooms, 43 rooms (with sometimes over 35 meters high dome) equipped with the finest carpets and furnishings. The chandelier with 750 candles has a weight of 4500 kg. Here lived and died in the early 20th Century, Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of the modern and secular Turkish Republic.

Topkapi Palace
